City of Concord Plan Year 2026-2027 Open Enrollment!
Open Enrollment 2026 will begin Monday, March 9, 2026 through Friday, March 20, 2026. This year will be considered a passive enrollment for medical insurance; however, participants must elect the wellness discount and reelect the flexible spending benefit for the next plan year. Online enrollment
Online enrollment will begin March 9, 2026 and will end on March 20, 2026 at midnight. All benefit eligible coworkers must go online and make changes to your benefits any time during the two-week period by logging on to www.benefitsolver.com.
Telephone Enrollment
Enrollment counselors will be available Monday, March 9th through Friday March 20th, from 7:30 am-6:00 pm, by appointment only. You must schedule an appointment by logging on to https://www.myenrollmentschedule.com/concord.
The Tobacco Cessation Seminar will be available March 9th through Friday March 20th on the benefits platform. This is required for all tobacco users to obtain Wellness Incentive Discount eligibility for the FY27 plan year.
